Do I need to have an account to order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Certainly! You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Please reach out to us with your name and order number. After the initial 24-hour period, your order will have been processed and unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes or cancel it.

When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours.

What is the origin of the shipments?
Our shipments originate from our partnered factories located in various locations. Therefore, if you order multiple items, please anticipate that they may be shipped separately as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

What is the estimated delivery time for my items? 
Generally, you can expect your items to arrive within 8-12  business days.
